Wines, especially red wines, also mature in wood, which enriches the wine, as oak and acacia wood are ours and indispensable for the Vipava Valley. The sunny location, quality soil and the influence of the Mediterranean climate give the wine a rich fruity taste, vivid color and harmony of aromas.
